Focus on Children Town Hall Meeting to Be Held in Durham on March 1, 2013
Leading statewide child data, research and advocacy organization will convene local experts to discuss the well-being of children and youth in Durham County.
Durham, NC (February 27, 2013)-Action for Children North Carolina will host its regional community discussion Focus on Children town hall in Durham on Friday March 1, 2013, from 12:30 pm until 2:00 pm. Sponsored by Action for Children North Carolina board members Chris Kukla from the Center for Responsible Lending and Carl Rist from CFED/1:1 Fund, the Focus on Children town halls bring local data about the status of children and youth to communities across the state in an effort to highlight improvements and declines in child well-being and facilitate discussion about strategies to improve the status of children.
